I am a visionary, optimist, energetic, and creative geek. I am an Indonesian who lives in the Netherlands with my husband, Michael, and two amazing kids, Marcus and Faith. I've spent the past two decades building and rebuilding my life, career, ministry, company, and organization. I have moved across industries, cities, churches, and nations, starting all over and making an impact wherever I go.
I believe that you can and must start with what you have and not wait for something not yet in your hands. Many people underestimate what they have. I believe we can always add value and empower people to be better.
As an award-winning songwriter and co-founder of Marcfait, I have learned that you can make an impact by starting with what you already have.

Priscilla Novani Roos van Raadshooven, known as Priscilla RVR, is a visionary optimist who believes in starting with what you have in your hand to create something impactful and empower others. Born in Indonesia, Priscilla now lives in Almere, Netherlands, with her husband, Michael RVR, and their two children, Marcus and Faith, who are her greatest sources of inspiration and support.
Award-Winning Songwriter
Priscilla's journey in the worship ministry has been marked by significant milestones. In 2018, she won the prestigious AMI Award for Best Christian Lyrics with JPCC Worship for the song "Sampai Akhir Hidupku." Her co-written songs have been streamed over 100 million times and translated into multiple languages, making her a well-known name in Christian music. Some of her most beloved songs include "Roh-Mu Yang Hidup" (The Living Spirit), "Yesus Mulia" (Jesus Glorify), and "My Soul Surrender."
In 2024, Priscilla is set to release her highly anticipated debut solo single, "By Faith I Surrender." This deeply personal song reflects her journey of resilience, faith, and surrender to God through the challenges of life, including battling depression, panic attacks, and the challenges of being far from loved ones. Collaborating with producers Nina Sari Ishak and Gilbert Terra, Priscilla has crafted a song that serves as a declaration of trust in God during life's most difficult moments.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Beyond music, Priscilla is an accomplished entrepreneur. In 2014, she introduced the innovative technology of Airwheels and hoverboards to Indonesia, igniting a trend among young people and gaining widespread media attention. She became known as the founder of Airwheel Indonesia, which appeared in TV shows, drama musicals, and commercial ads. She does what she loves, as always: building a company, traveling, training people, and showing off her new yellow Airwheel. This venture showcased her ability to lead, innovate, and create impactful business solutions.
In 2023, Priscilla and her husband, Michael, co-founded Marcfait, a multifunctional hall and event venue in Almere, Netherlands. Marcfait represents their shared passion for creating unforgettable memories. They combine their skills in event planning, marketing, food, and photography to offer unique experiences to their clients.
Creative Talents
Priscilla is not only a singer and songwriter but also a talented photographer. Since moving to the Netherlands at the end of 2017, she has built everything again from the beginning with what is in their hands. Which is her camera and coffee! She always loves to take a picture. Her father gave her her first camera as her birthday gift when she was 9. Ever since then, photography has captured her heart. She keeps on learning and is always curious about photography. In the early stages of her career, she did a lot of photoshoots as a conceptor for off-air publicity for TV programs. She also takes a photo for advertising and publicity of every company she manages. Now, she wants to share that passion with other people. She begins with RVR Photostory. A photo that specializes in portraits of people and memorable moments of your life. Her image has been used and published by Randstad, Sneakerfait, Mozaiek036, Gembira, Reconnect, and many more.
Her love of coffee has landed her first official job as a barista in the Netherlands while she studies the Dutch language.
Communication & Marketing Background
Priscilla's career started in communication, with a major in the field and her first professional role as a Marketing Public Relations at Trans TV. Her expertise spans various sectors, including working on end-to-end design projects with companies like Kompas Gramedia, Bintang Toedjoe, and international brands like Ducati and Lamborghini. Her marketing skills and creative mindset have always been pivotal in her entrepreneurial ventures.
Faith and Family
Priscilla's faith is the foundation of her life and music. Her songs are a reflection of her personal walk with God, offering encouragement and hope to those facing struggles. Her family plays an integral part in her journey, and together with her husband, she continues to pursue new challenges and opportunities.
